Clutch alignment tool – six cylinder

The tool is designed to bridge the gap between the flywheel and the crankshaft. It features two critical precision-ground surfaces:

  • The Pilot (Nose): The tip of the tool is approximately 0.625″ (5/8 inch) in diameter. This fits into the pilot bushing (spigot bush) located in the center of the 6-cylinder crankshaft.

  • The Splined Body: The main section is roughly 1.000″ (1 inch) in diameter.

  • Spline Count: The tool features 10 deep-cut splines.

Professional versions usually feature a cross-hatched “knurled” end. This provides a grip for your oily fingers to pull the tool out once the pressure plate is torqued down.
